Description
Welcome to your Home Away from Home! This gorgeous and spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath house has a brand new attached Superior Studio apartment and is just steps away from the ocean.
The Space
There is a driveway that can safely accommodate 2 cars.
Pets are welcome (dogs, cats, bunnies in cages, birds and fish). Please message me about the details of your pet. Absolutely no reptiles or rodents! There is a non-refundable pet deposit which will be collected by Over Easy Rentals before your arrival.
A dog/cat bed will be provided for your pet's comfort (and the cleaner's sanity).
The setup is a main house with an attached studio apartment. (Each can be rented individually as well. Contact me for details.)
The main house is spacious with a sitting area, living room, dining room and remodeled kitchen equipped with microwave, full size stainless steel stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher. There is ample counter space, dishes, utensils, a drip coffee machine with complimentary coffee and creamers, even a blender and toaster...because its always the little things.
The king bedroom has an en-suite full Florida-style bath, a dresser and closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, small walk-in closet and an en-suite remodeled full bath. There is free wifi, flat screen smart TV's in both bedrooms, living room and on the back patio.
The Studio is newly renovated, has its own separate entrance or can be accessed from inside the house. It is fully functional and boasts a queen bed, dresser, full bathroom, private air-conditioner, free wifi, wall mounted flat screen smart TV and full kitchen which features a standard stainless steel stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishes and utensils. It has its own drip coffeemaker with complimentary coffee and a toaster.
The house and studio sit on a 14,000sf lot. There is ample space in the back yard to enjoy the Florida sunshine and each other; you can hang out, unwind, watch TV under the covered back patio, sit around a large fire pit and tell stories, grill up a nice filet on the charcoal BBQ grill or nestle in for a siesta in the hammock (hidden under shaded trees). There is also an outdoor shower in case you need to rinse off or cool down.

Please keep windows and doors closed while on or off of the property.
No 3rd party rentals.
You must adhere to all of the community guidelines as posted on and around the beach.
Additional Fees:-
$200/day for any smoking in the property
If check out is equal to or greater than 2 hours late without permission, the fee is $300. (This does not award you the property for the day.)
If an unauthorized late check out affects the next traveler, you will be responsible for reimbursing us for any refunds given in addition to paying the late fee.
