This town home in the Marina Bay community of the Peninsula, is ready for your vacation rental. The first floor features an open great room with kitchen and sitting areas in addition to a master bedroom and bathroom. Two additional bedrooms on the second floor plus a loft area with futon bring the occupancy to 8. French doors on the first floor lead you to a paved patio with outdoor furniture for relaxation. The Peninsula boasts an array of first class amenities including three pools (a family wave pool, an adult-only infinity pool and an indoor pool for all). Tennis courts, a fully equipped gym and available spa facilities are just a short walk from your unit. In addition, there are miles of biking and hiking trails, a private sandy bay beach and a fishing pier. All of this within a short drive to Rehoboth, Lewes and Dewey beaches. Non Refundable club access fee due at time of booking. Owner will do mini weeks (Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday) from September to May.
This property is available with a three night minimum all year long. Any bookings of 7 nights or more will receive a discount off of the daily rate. Please ask your agent for details.
