The Maravilla 302-What a View! This front facing unit at The Maravilla Condominiums located on Seawall Boulevard offers the best view possible. This cozy and comfortable condo has a large patio with access from both the master bedroom and the living area. Views completely unobstructed - guests can enjoy morning coffee and a sunrise looking toward the east or relax with their favorite beverage and watch as the large brown pelicans fly swim and dive for the last catch of the day.
Enter the condo and enjoy the view from the front door all the way through this property. Open concept living and kitchen area. Kitchen is fully outfitted for cooking - dishes, cookware and anything need to prepare a large meal or a light lunch are available to guests. Living area features a large 55" TV and very comfortable queen sleeper sofa (2). The master bedroom also has a queen bed (2) and large 55" TV, features an en suite bath with walk in shower. Second bedroom features a full size bed (2) and 55" TV. The alcove area of the living room features one twin bed (1), sleeping accommodations for up to 7 guests. This unit also has cable television and wifi available for guests.
This condominium is also pet friendly for one small dog (no larger than 25#) with fee paid at the time of booking. Guests must curb and leash their dogs and obey condominium rules for pets. Please bring your own beach towels, do not use bath towels at the pool or the beach. The Maravilla Condominiums require a $20 parking fee per reservation paid for by guests at the Maravilla office upon arrival. Two car maximum.
