This is a beautiful patio home located in a gated community (6001 East Southern Avenue, Unit #9). Front yard is maintained by the Homeowners Association. It is directly on the sixth fairway of the Superstition Springs Golf Course (a challenging PGA qualifying course). This home has two master suites, one with a king-size bed, the other with a queen. In addition to the brand new, 65" flat screen HDTV in the living room, each bedroom also has a flat screen TV, with satellite TV plus a DVR. New wood-look tile floor has just been installed (May 2017) along with granite counter tops and repainted cabinets in the kitchen. Comfortable living room furniture includes a recliner. Free calling is available throughout the US & Canada.
 
The home (this is a duplex) is spacious, with 1343 square feet of living area, plus a two car garage. It is available to both winter and summer visitors. The home is about 20-25 minutes from the Phoenix Airport and is near the Superstition Springs Mall. There are many quality restaurants nearby, recreational activities, and excellent shopping.
