You will be close to everything, located in the heart of Pinetop-Lakeside. Our newly built (2023) 3 bedroom 2 bath home on the hillside boasts some great views of the pines and evening sunsets. We've stocked the home with all you will need, your home away from home!
Each room has its own A/C, heater, and fan. You'll dial in your comfort level and enjoy some quiet nights.
Your view from the elevated deck will amaze you, enjoy your company around our 6 top fire pit table.

A comfortable Hillside Hangout 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house tucked into a small neighborhood near Woodland Lake Park. Deer visit the property often, as well as squirrels and bluejays. The terraced hillside offers fantastic views of the pines from the living room and of course, from the deck. That's our favorite part about our home, the sunsets from the deck.
Right across the street from our Cozy Cottage Lakeside. Two bedroom two bath, also available, grab both for larger groups!
We are pet friendly.
The Hillside house and surrounding lot are all yours, except the storage room near the front door.

Small and quiet neighborhood, it's a short distance from Woodland Lake Park. A nice walk to the park is possible.
Pull right into the uncovered parking space directly in front of the house. Enough space for 2 cars to park. There's more space for off-street parking if necessary.
