Master suite with king size bed is on main floor with patio door leading to covered hot tub area, full bathroom with large walk-in shower. Half bath on main floor. Privacy fenced back yard. Double car garage with opener. Free high speed cable internet access with your lap top. Three bedrooms and two full baths upstairs with mountain views to include 4 queen beds, and double futon. One block from Fred Meyer shopping center, and a few short blocks to Factory Outlets and Old Mill District.

Central heat/air, all linens and towels, full kitchen with service for 12, coffee maker (with organic coffee beans and grinder), BBQ, patio table, cable tv/vcr (with movies) and games. Great family retreat home that sleeps 10.Well behaved dog (2 max) allowed. Cats not permitted. NO CLEANING FEE if CLIENTS leave the home in the same order it was received, with the exception of dusting, sanitizing and final vacuum. All towels and bedding washed and dried, kitchen in order with dishes done and put away. Additional cleaning will be deducted from our security deposit at the rate of $40. per hour. ($120.00 max).
