Boaters will appreciate the private dock with convenient access to open waters, while beach lovers are just a short drive—about 3 miles—from the sugar-white sands of Anna Maria Island. You’re also just moments from Palma Sola Causeway Park, a local favorite offering a boat ramp, sandy shoreline, and easy access to jet ski, paddleboard, and kayak rentals—even unique experiences like water horseback riding.
