Description
Sea Crest on Siesta Key is a small 40-unit condominium complex at 1129 Seaside Drive consisting primarily of one-bedroom units with separate bedroom, one efficiency, and one two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit. A true old style Floridan resort. Enjoy our one bedroom condo just a few steps to our private entrance to the beautiful white quartz sands of Crescent beach just south of Siesta Key Beach. Our fully equipped kitchen allows for easy entertaining when making delicious home-cooked meals The unit has a king-sized bed in the bedroom as well as a sofa bed in the living room. Some amenities are hair dryer, Keurig coffee maker, towels and linens, and access to a shared coin operated laundry room. Outside each unit on Seaside Drive are patio sitting areas. There are gas grills behind the units on Seaside Drive as well as two gas grills and some tables out by the beach. We have a large heated swimming pool and a shuffleboard court.
If you are looking for a friendly beachfront environment, then Sea Crest is the perfect spot. We are located on the southern end of Siesta Key, a beautiful barrier island just west of Sarasota, Florida. The blue-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the gentle sloping beach are favorites of beachgoers.
For our guests we offer complimentary beach chair and umbrella service as well as two beach towels per unit.
We have a new large patio area where you can join other guests to watch the unforgettable sunsets!

Sea Crest on Siesta Key is located close to the south drawbridge. We are located directly on Crescent Beach so no streets to cross to access our private beach.
Within easy walking distance are several fine dining or casual restaurants--Miguel’s, Captain Curt’s, and Anna’s Sandwich shop are but a few nearby choices. Also across the street are Davidson’s Drugs, The Green Turtle gift shop, an ice cream shop, 7-11 and more.
The local Siesta Key trolley runs along Midnight Pass Road. You can hop the trolley at the end of Seaside Drive and ride to the main beach on Siesta Key and Siesta Key Village where there are more shops and restaurants.
