Our beautiful Madeira Beach Yacht Club Community, including our condo, was impacted by the recent hurricane. We are currently in the final phases of a comprehensive rejuvenation project to restore and enhance the property to ensure it meets the high standards you expect and deserve.
Anticipated Availability: We are diligently working with our contractors and are targeting December 1st, 2025 as the date our condo will be ready and available for guest stays. We are optimistic about this timeline and are excited to welcome guests back.
Clause to Ensure Your Peace of Mind (and Ours):
While we are making every effort to meet our target opening date of December 1st, 2025, the nature of post-hurricane reconstruction can sometimes present unforeseen challenges or delays (e.g., supply chain issues, inspection schedules, weather). Your understanding and flexibility are greatly appreciated.
By proceeding with a booking for dates on or shortly after December 1st, 2025, you acknowledge and agree to the following conditions:
Project Updates & Communication: We commit to providing you with updates on the renovation progress, especially as your check-in date approaches. We will inform you with as much advance notice as possible if any delays are anticipated that could impact your reservation.
Contingency for Unforeseen Delays: In the unlikely event that the condo is not ready for occupancy by your scheduled check-in date due to reconstruction delays, we will notify you at the earliest possible opportunity (our goal is at least [e.g., 14-30 days] prior to your arrival, but this may be shorter if unexpected issues arise closer to the date). In such a circumstance, you will have the following options:
Full Refund: You will receive a 100% refund of all monies paid for the accommodation portion of your booking through the platform.

Travel teaches us about humanity and gives us an appreciation, understanding, and respect for different points of view and ways of life.Travel to learn Not all classrooms have four walls and travel is the best way to immerse yourself in geography, history, culture, gastronomy, languages, biology … you name it. Travel enriches the mind and educates us far beyond any textbook or travel guide. Not only do curious travelers learn about different landscapes, languages and lifestyles; glean fascinating facts while observing wild animals in their natural habitat; delve into a region’s history, and taste the local flavors; but they also learn about themselves (and each other) along the way.Travel to escape reality We all need to fall off the radar and escape reality every once in a while. Travel allows us to enjoy complete anonymity in new and unexplored territories. It gives us absolute freedom to live in the moment and it allows us to be anyone, to go anywhere and to do anything. The best part of my six-month trip around the world, way back when, was the freedom of being able to just wake up and pick a spot anywhere on the map and find a way to get there. Travel enables us to be spontaneous and seek new experiences.Travel to relax Our lives are time-starved and technology-driven and, let’s be honest, it’s not often that we actually take the necessary time to de-stress and truly switch off. Travel allows us to escape life’s daily demands, dramas and deadlines and enables us to clear our minds. It encourages us to recharge our batteries and to truly disconnect (from our phones, Wi-Fi, emails, laptops, social media, etc.) in order to reconnect (with ourselves, each other and the natural environment).Travel to explore Travel takes us out of our comfort zones and inspires us to see, taste and try new things. It constantly challenges us, not only to adapt to and explore new surroundings, but also to engage with different people, to embrace adventures as they come and to share new and meaningful experiences with friends and loved ones. Whether you seek adrenaline and non-stop activity, or unapologetic siestas and ultimate relaxation, travel gives us the opportunity to explore with an open heart and an open mind.Travel to eat One thing you’ll never find on a suggested packing list is a diet. Leave it at home! Just make sure you bring a healthy appetite and a willingness to taste new flavors and sample all of the local delicacies. Remember, mimosas are totally acceptable at breakfast and dessert is always a good idea. Indulge, go back for seconds and exercise when you get home. Travel to live out your bucket list dreams Every traveler’s bucket list is different. Whether you long to watch the sunset over Pier 66 in Clearwater, snowshoe on the side of an active volcano, witness the beautiful color changes in Wisconsin, or find your Zen on a yoga retreat in the in beautiful sands of Madria Beach Fl, if you can dream it, you can do it. Travel is the best medicine and long may it continue to take our breath away and turn us all into storytellers (and committed custodians of our precious planet).
