Perfect for family reunions, celebrations, anniversaries, small intimate wedding ceremonies (20 attendees maximum), or other large groups, we offer seclusion, tranquility, and privacy in a beautiful setting overlooking Douglas Lake and with the facility of a superbly equipped outdoor kitchen with oven, grill, rotisserie, fridge, Travertine flooring, and an adjacent 320 sq ft Trex entertainment/dining deck with inlaid lighting overlooking the lake, in addition to an indoor well-equipped kitchen with a central island and a breakfast table seating up to 16 with an adjacent formal dining room.
Short stays can be booked with a minimum of 3 nights except for the periods covering Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Xmas when a 4/5 night minimum booking period is applicable..
No expenses has been spared by the owners in furnishing & equipping this luxury home with everything top of the line. The entire home, with living room, kitchen with center island, formal dining room, a second dining area, bar room, theater room, games room and hot tub deck, has been totally redecorated & there have been many upgrades installed including living room furniture with reclining seats, hot tub, double oven, fridge/freezers, electronic equipment including theater room projector, additional seating in the theater room, large flat screen televisions, DVD players, Blu-Ray players, surround sound, new flooring & carpeting, Oklahoma Joe's BBQ & Smoker, A/C units, central heating, & with all the bathrooms having been re-modelled in April 2024.
A loft conversion has also been completed adding a 4th level of 600 sq ft to the property with large bedroom with 3 Queen-size beds, TV viewing area with 65″ wall-mounted TV, an ensuite bathroom, & with a dormer area with seating providing panoramic views over the lake.
A large 16ft x 16ft deck overlooking the lake is accessed via a stairway or a stone pathway, both located just a few feet from the home, and has another stairway leading down to the lake for accessing boats. For exclusive use of guests a 24ft x 4ft floating boat dock has been installed & is situated at the bottom of the stairway from the lakeside boat deck. The stairways and lakeside deck enjoy automatic lighting. These facilities are exclusive to the Lake House.
The laundry room is equipped with 2 large washers, 2 large dryers, wash basin, and a second large fridge/freezer.
There are no problems for large parties traveling separately as the Lake House has 3 garages and plenty of space on the driveway and around the house to park multiple cars and boat trailers.
Communal facilities available to guests include, a swimming pool in a beautiful setting, a club house, and a free boat ramp for guests who bring their own boat.
Pontoon boats, jet skis and plenty of other water equipment can be hired from a nearby marina who have approved the Lake House dock for overnight stays.

5. Loud music and disturbances are prohibited by Douglas Lake Resort. Any transgression will result in fortfeiture of the entire Security/Damage Deposit.
6. Trash must be placed before departure in the dumpsters provided by Douglas Lake Resort. They are situated in the designated area on the right as you are driving out of the Resort. Failure to do this will result a fine of $100 deducted from the Security/Damage Deposit.
7. The Douglas Lake Resort Rules & Regulations, which are emailed to each guest prior to arrival, must be read and adhered to.
