I am a Sarasota, Florida native living on Siesta Key with my sweet & sassy white Boxer Sadie. Of course, I am biased and absolutely love my hometown; I think it's the only place to be. However, my biased can be backed up by some pretty seriously objective statistics about my hometown. Sarasota is ranked in the top 5 for happiness, health, cost of living, weather year round, as a pet friendly city and for our beaches including the #1 ranked in USA, Siesta Beach on Siesta Key. Bikers can also enjoy fresh air and sunshine via the “Legacy Trail” trailing through the county and national parks connecting the Sarasota County’s cities via a safe paved trail. Simply put, Sarasota is the best place ever for families and retirees to vacation or stay awhile.
