Tidewater 505 is a 1bed/1bath condo in Orange Beach that sleeps 6 and is located on the 5th floor. Tidewater is a low-density and gated entry complex located near everything fun and delicious! Only a 5-minute drive to the famous Flor-Bama, 10 minutes to The Wharf, 10 minutes to The Hangout in Gulf Shores and only 20 minutes to Tanger Outlets in Foley.
The space
As you enter Tidewater 505, the one bedroom is immediately to your right. This bedroom features a queen-size bed, wall mounted flat screen tv, full closet and direct access to the shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo. In the hallway, there are built-in bunk beds along with a washer and dryer combo for your convenience. Continuing inside, you have a full kitchen stocked with all of the essentials to prepare a basic meal should you decide to stay in. There is a table with seating for three and additional seating for three at the bar. In the living room area, there is comfortable seating (sleeper sofa) for down time for watching tv or enjoying the views. Or step out onto your private balcony, featuring a table with seating for four, and breathe in the fresh salt air while listening to the waves crash along the shoreline.
*PARKING PASS: This condo has one (1) parking pass available and it will be in the condo when you arrive.
*MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: The individual booking the property must be AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD and staying for the ENTIRE duration of the reservation.
