This two bedroom, two bath condo comfortably sleeps 8 and is decorated with high end furnishings. As an added bonus, this condo comes with your very own reserved and covered parking space. Phoenix VII 1410 is on the 14th floor, providing you with gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as the Perdido Pass.
The space
As you enter the condo, the guest bedroom is off of the entry to your left. This bedroom is comfortably furnished with two full sized beds and features a full en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Continuing into the condo, the open floor plan provides plenty of room for relaxing indoors or spending time together preparing meals in the full-size kitchen, stocked with the basic essentials for cooking. Off of the living room is the main bedroom (king size bed) with access onto the balcony. The main bedroom has a full en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There is also a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.
*MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: The individual booking the property must be AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD and staying the ENTIRE duration of the reservation.
