 Quiet gated Condo Building with stunning ocean views, heated pool and clubhouse.  Walk 2-4 blocks to 3 excellent restaurants and a highly rated pizza shack down the quiestest out of the way street and neighborhood.  If peace and quiet is what you need, Welcome!  This condo feels like home because it is on the south end of the building with sun shining in the side windows all day and comfortable deck facing the water.  Have meals out on the veranda or just relax on the chase lounge chairs.  Full size washer and dryer, Comfortable beds with cushion toppers and ergonomic pillows.  Drive to the 3 food stores and many other stores in 7-10 minutes with a rental car which can park comfortably in our shaded spot when not in use.  Or take advantage of the many lyft and uber rides available for a fee.  Enjoy many restaurants 10-15 minutes away.  Play tennis and pickleball in many parks throughout Vero Beach.  Play golf or just take lessons at the highly rated Sandridge public course 30 minutes away.  Take a kyak tour 10 minutes down the road or book a boat tour on the intercoastal.  There are airboat rides 30 minutes away to see all the wildlife and birds.  There is also a highly rated Museum, many art gallerys and fine shopping.  The Riverside Theater puts on Broadway level plays, comedy shows and live music outside. Or just relax on the beach.
