This traditional Harbor Springs Carriage House is ideally located on a waterfront (Lake Michigan) wooded parcel apart from other structures in a private residential community. It is approximately one mile west of the City’s shops and harbor where the M119 Heritage Route known as the “Tunnel Of Trees” begins. Beach furniture is provided for guests to use on the owner’s private beach. Beach walking is a favorite pastime. The Carriage House is the perfect base from which to enjoy all the area has to offer which includes biking and hiking trails, golf, City Beach and skate park, shopping and dining. The boats to Mackinac Island are less than an hour away. Thornswift Nature Preserve is only 5 minutes away.
INSIDE THE CARRIAGE HOUSE
Cute, compact (580 sq ft), and recently updated, the Carriage House accommodates up to 4 people. Upstairs the bedroom has two FULL sized double beds. The sitting area features a sofa sleeper (FULL sized double). There is a great view of Little Traverse Bay from the sitting area. The Kitchen-dining area offers in-house dining options, especially convenient with the excellent Harbor Market only 5 minutes away. The lower-level entry hall provides additional useful space.
Includes: Cable TV, Smart TV, internet , safety monitors, HS City utilities.
No cleaning fee (guests are expected to maintain tidiness)
PLEASE NOTE
No parties, no pets, no smoking
No air conditioning (we rely on ceiling fans, shade trees, lake breezes)
One parking place provided (one additional car may park at nearby private park) .
Guests may not bring additional people onto the premises without registration and approval of the owner.
