Ocean Reef 116 is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, second floor walk up unit that will sleep 8. The primary bedroom has a King bed and the upstairs loft area has 2Queen beds. A sofa sleeper is in the living room. Great Beach location for a family that likes to walk to everything. This unit has been recently updated with all new appliances. New flooring and fresh paint!
There is an on site laundry room, covered parking and on site security. This is a non-smoking unit. This property allows up to two vehicles per reservation. No trailers.

There are 2 parking spots available to you. The condo asks no trailers be parked in the parking stalls. It is $30 per stall per stay.

No Elevator, must be able to climb TWO flight of stairs to the unit.

Cancellation Policy:
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
