The unit has two upper-level master bedrooms, each accompanied by ensuite baths to include soaking tub, or large shower and two private balconies. The first floor boast an ultra modern kitchen and living space adorned with granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances and powder room. The 3rd bedroom, while attached, maintains its privacy as a separate entrance pool front one-level studio apartment with full bathroom, kitchen, desk, and queen-size bed. Besides the upper balconies, there are also lower poolside patios perfect for grilling. Private parking is available.
Guest access
Each guest has access to their entire townhouse and patios. Although these units are located poolside, the saltwater pool and upper level gazebo area are public space.
