Spend the day with family and friends boating, swimming, kayaking or paddle boarding. Entertain in the game room with bar, kitchen and pool table. Enjoy Laughlin Nevada’s Casino Drive It’s just a 10 minute ride for a fun night of gambling, dining and dancing. Shopping centers and places to eat just a mile away.
The Home
This house is very spacious and so much to do. Has 2 kayaks, a paddleboard, swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, pool table, indoor mini basketball game, excersize room, Nintendo wii, to name a few. Gorgeous views of the marina, desert, and beautiful Arizona sunsets from the balconies. Private boat dock and beach area.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house and outdoor areas including the beach, boat dock, pool, patios, balconies, BBQ area, courtyard and it is secluded and fenced for privacy. The garage is not accessible. There is parking in the driveway and on the street. Additional white sand beaches available in marina.
Other things to note
There is a welcome book with detailed instructions for everything including how to use appliances, t.v.’s, where everything is located such as extra towels and hairdryers with a table of contents page making it easy to find what you need.
We want our guests to enjoy the home and all of its amenities at its finest. If the jacuzzi being heated is something you would like to add, to get the most enjoyment out of your stay, please let us know prior to your arrival as it takes time for the pools to heat!
Please note this service is an additional $200 added to your stay to heat the jacuzzi.

Rate Notes
Weekdays are: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
Minimum night stays during off season are 2 nights
Minimum night stays during peak season are 3 nights
Weekly rates are 10% off
Monthly rates are 10% off
Cleaning fees: are $485 per stay during off season
$585 per stay during peak season.
Except for on booking.com which is $150 per night all year long.
Tax rates are 14.5% when entered manually. (Some OTA's calculate thier own tax rates)
Additional fees:
$200 to heat the spa per stay
$25 per guest per night for guests over 8
Policies
House Rules
- Check-in after 4:00 pm
- Checkout before 10:00 am
- No pets
- No parties or events
- No commercial photography
- No smoking
- Outdoor music must be kept to a reasonable volume. Please be respectful to nearby neighbors.
- 5 mph in wake zone while in the cove. Violators will be asked to leave with no refund and $500 fine! (Per H.O.A rules)
- No parking in empty lot. Only in the driveway or on the street. No blocking neighbors driveways and not on the sidewalk.
- Follow all H.O.A rules
- Quiet hours 10 PM to 8 AM
