Sleeping 4 across 2 large bedrooms, you’re sure to have a great night’s sleep on the queen-sized beds with luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets. Each bedroom is also equipped with its own TV. The master bathroom boasts a bubbling jacuzzi tub, perfect for a soak after an action-packed day exploring the beautiful local area.
The lounge provides the perfect space to enjoy family time, whether that’s playing board games in front of the fire, or making some popcorn and snuggling up together for a movie night. If you feel inspired by your new tranquil surroundings during your stay, take to the desk that overlooks the pond to brainstorm a new business idea or write that novel.
Thoughtfully planned throughout, there is also a convenient ‘doggie door’ for your four-legged friends, leading out to an enclosed garden area, so you can have peace of mind during your stay.
The open-plan kitchen is perfect for cooking up a storm, with all pots, pans, crockery and cooking essentials provided. The kitchen/diner of the property opens out onto the pond area with a screened porch wrapping around the front of the property so that you can enjoy the warmth without the bugs. Even on a rainy day, this is a great spot to relax with a crossword and listen to the gentle pitter-patter of the rain on the pond.
Tranquility can also be booked alongside Tranquility in Tennessee Too which sleeps 2 (they are both on the same property), if you want to bring along more guests.
Outside
The outdoor space is perfect for relaxing and hosting cookouts with the family (there is even an enclosed area for your dogs to happily play in, without worrying about them venturing off). Overlooking the serene pond, it is the perfect place to disconnect and unwind in nature.
Enjoy a sizzling family BBQ, or gather around the mesmerizing firepit and make smores, creating life-long vacation memories. Situated in a secluded area, this is the perfect spot to watch the wildlife in its natural habitat or spend your evening gazing at the stars.
There is also a decked area right next to the pond, where you can sit back, relax and watch the world go by. Take a moment to bask in the beautiful surroundings with your morning coffee or kick up your feet and indulge in a glass of wine. If you’re feeling more adventurous, take to the water in the row boat provided, or bring your fishing rods and go fishing in the well-stocked pond.

Arrival & departure
Check-in is available from 4pm on the day of your arrival. Check yourself in with our lockbox. There is free parking on the premises. Check-out time is by 10am on your day of departure.
Dogs welcome
Tranquility is the ideal property for dogs to enjoy their vacation too with its own enclosed garden area. A maximum of two well-behaved dogs are welcome at Tranquility. There is an additional charge of $100 per dog per stay.
