Casa de las Cupulas is located at coordinates 21.207 N, 86.7164 W. It is about 8.1 miles
northeast of Cancun, about 20 minutes by ferry.
The island is 4.3 miles long and almost half mile at the widest point. Casa de las Cupulas is
located on the south side of the island, facing the Caribbean Ocean. The Ocean is about 60
yards from the house.

Parties: Of any form (Bachelor, Bachelorette, Graduation, Sorority, Frat, etc.) are not permitted on our property; no exceptions.
Rental Charges: Reservations require 50% of the rental fee upon reserving the property, and the remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Smoking allowed only on the property grounds not inside the house.

Confirmed Reservations: Your reservation is deemed confirmed after we receive the signed contract, payment of 50?posit and a copy of your driver’s license (please make sure your picture is legible)
Cancellation Policy: 60 day cancellation policy, may be applied to future dates pending availability| Balance due 60 days before arrival. If cancelation is done less than 60 days there will be no refund, but you can always re book a different date.
Security Deposit: The security deposited of $500.00 will be refunded within 1 week
