LeConte. It has truly stunning views of the Smokies all year round. The luxury log cabin has all the amenities and is conveniently located just minutes from downtown Gatlinburg, the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, The Arts & Crafts Community, and Dollywood. Located in an exclusive log cabin community with paved roads and beautiful landscaping. A charcoal grill in a private picnic area with outdoor tables provide the perfect meal while relaxing in your home away from home. Three levels with king size suites on each level offer privacy, while the pool table and game area in the lower level make for the perfect gathering place. Black Bear Falls has a heated community swimming pool that is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Our smoke-free cabin is immaculate and very well-maintained.

accommodate up to (8) at a time, and a

adjoining full bath. 32" HD T.V. Bedroom window has amazing view of Mt.
LeConte. Covered outside deck with (2) patio tables w/ (4) chairs each,
private Hot Tub to enjoy the mountain view.
*Upstairs: Master Suite with a King Size pillowtop bed
& private full bath. 32" HD T.V. Bedroom window has a
direct view of Mt. LeConte. You can also
look down on the main floor great room
outside your door, top of the steps.
*Lower Level: The Game Room features (2) T.V.'s;
52" HD T.V. and (1) 32" T.V. which is perfect for the
family gamers while using the X-Box &
PlayStation systems, games provided.
The game room has a queen sleeper sofa,
pool table with Pub Table & chairs,
and stereo system. The master Suite
has a king size pillowtop bed, with private full bath. 32" HD T.V.
Laundry room with stack Washer & Dryer. Outside,
there is a covered deck with (2) Swings
to enjoy the full mountain view.
*Parking: Room for (4) cars, (5) steps up
to the main floor deck. Keyless entry into
the cabin, the wrap around deck
accommodates seating for (8). Lay back
in the Hot Tub and sip on a drink
overlooking the awesome views of the
Smokies.

My wife grew up in Knoxville, Tn. with wonderful memories of the Smokies. Once our family moved away from Knoxville, we returned to Gatlinburg as often as possible for family reunions, special holidays and celebrations, and weekends with friends after attending UT ballgames. We always enjoyed the fact that Gatlinburg offered something for every season - hiking in the spring and summer, beautiful fall panoramas in autumn, and skiing at Ober Gatlinburg and Christmas shopping in the winter. We decided to purchase rental property in the Smokies and fell in love with Ski View Lodge as soon as we saw it.
Why they chose this property
Located in Chalet Village, we knew this lodge would be the perfect setting for young and old alike. With the huge, stone fireplace, Great Room, kitchen, and 4 of the 6 bedrooms on the main level, we knew the layout would be great for people who could not navigate stairs easily. The in-suite bathrooms offered privacy and convenience. 2 Bedrooms downstairs with game systems and pool table provided a place for children and adults alike. The (6) bedrooms provide (14) adults/children sleeping arrangements. There are (5) King Beds for (10) adults and (2) queen beds in one bedroom for up to (4) adults/children. When reserving for a 15th & 16th adult/child, a queen size air mattress is provided with extra linens and towels in the bedroom closest to the living room. Thus, an additional charge of $25.00 per person will be charged at time of booking.
What makes this property unique
There are wonderful views from every room of this lodge. The front of the lodge offers a view of Mt. LeConte and the back of the lodge is a beautiful wooded view of the Smoky Mountain Nature Preserve. The driveway wraps around the lodge so that guests never have to back out of a driveway and can unload their cars into the lodge from the main level or lower level (No carrying heavy luggage up and down the stairs!) The Great Room is perfect for large groups singing around the fireplace or enjoying a meal together.
