Rate Notes
Rate is from 1.085,00 $/week based on 4 guests.
Each additional guest will be charged 15,00 $/night. Kids are welcome and free up to age of 12.
Cleaning Fee: 250,00 $
Dog Fee: 250,00 $/Stay. Only 1 dog allowed on request.
Taxes: 11.5% on all prices
25 % Down Payment is payable by signing the contract. Rest payment payable 30 days prior to arrival
The Security Deposit 650,00 US$ is payable with the Rest Payment 30 days prior to your arrival and will be refunded 1 week after departure,
if no damage to the rental property occurred
Electricity fee 0,23 $/KWh according to consumption is payable at check-out to the property management

The friendly staff will take care of check-in and check-out as well as for your questions.
