Dear guest we do have a few strict rulles and one of them is about parties. Unfortunately our house is not set up for parties, but we welcome family and friends gathering, because house located in a pretty quite neighborhood, that been said no loud music after 10 p.m that included music composing and parties .Also violation of this policy will result in $500 fine and forfeiture of any paid money for your booking, and you will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
Quite hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM the acceptable amount of noise can be quiet conversation only.
Smoking allowed outside only
Dear pet owners unfortunately we only allow and can accommodate DOGS ONLY, NO CATS, sorry about that in advance. Pet FEE are $150 and please, you must disclosed it in your reservation. Dogs or cats that are sneaked in without prior disclosure will result in $400 fine and forfeiture of any paid money for your booking, and you will be asked to leave the premises immediately or if we will discover that after your checking out you will be asked to pay for deep cleaning and unpaid PET FEE.
