No luggage carts inside condo. Follow quiet time hours 10pm-9am. No smoking inside of condo. No pets over 25lbs. No pets not included on the booking.
No tampering with Ring camera. No Dying of hair allowed on premises. Use of the Triple Bunk (behind locked door) is not permitted. Max Occupancy 6.
Use cigarette disposal vessel provided on the balcony. Please pick-up your pets' waste. The HOA rules prohibit running at any time indoors.
Damage and incidentals
