***This home allows two dogs, and no other animals are permitted without prior approval. Reasonable barking from the dogs may be heard during the stay.
***Guests can use one designated parking spot, which is labeled as '2'. Any unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the owner's expense. Guests may request an additional paid parking spot at $20/day or $200/mo. We can not guarantee a second parking spot.
***To enter the rental, guests must use an E-lock, which requires a unique code that is reset after each stay.
***There are five surveillance cameras on the property, two of which are installed on the front of the home overlooking the parking area, while one is on either side of the home looking towards the walkways. Another camera is located at the back of the home overlooking the communal outdoor area, which includes a large outdoor dining table, grill, and firepit. All cameras have access to two-way audio communication when being viewed live, but they do not record sound. The cameras are not actively monitored 24/7.

Note rates will be based on your unit, 1 or 2 bedroom options, time of year and length of stay. 7% local sales tax and a 6% transient tax applies for all reservations six months or less. House Rules for Isla Palm Singer Island

No smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes
Commercial photography and filming allowed if notified and granted permission in writing by the hosts prior to booking. Additional fees apply.
Please don't eat or drink in the bedrooms. Only water is allowed. Leaving food out will attract bugs.
No parties or events allowed.
Responsible for gas of BBQ and Fire Pit. BBQ and Firepit work on propane tanks. It is guests' responsibility to turn the gas on and off. Turn the propane tanks off after every use. Failure to turn off will cause the gas to continue to run and be a fire hazard. (6) Please lock front door when leaving the home. (7) Close windows when leaving the home. (8) Be AC smart. Throughout most of the year it will be very hot outside and we suggest keeping your AC set to 73-76 degrees Fahrenheit. Do not leave windows open for long periods of time. It may break the air conditioner as the AC needs to work harder to cool the home when windows are open letting hot air inside. (9) No candles. (10) Clean up after your furbabies. If you leave dog “gifts” inside or outside the premises, you may be charged additional fees. (11) No refunds for “pesty neighbors" Guest understands that Florida is located in a tropical climate, and that insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. Seeing such a pest within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to a refund or rental adjustment. The home is sprayed/monitored by Pest Control and guests can ask the host for spraying. (12) Take out the trash. Trash can is on the west side of the building.
House Rules for Isla Palm Singer Island
We understand that sometimes circumstances can change, and you may need to modify or cancel your reservation. If you booked through a third-party such as AirBNB, VRBO or Booking.com please refer to the third-party refund policy and work with that platform directly.
If you book direct such as on IslaPalmaSingerIsland.com, phone or email, please read the below policy.
1. Cancellations and Modifications: a. For cancellations made within 24 hours of booking, a full refund will be provided, provided that the check-in date is at least 14 days away. b. For cancellations made more than 24 hours after booking and at least 14 days before the check-in date, a refund will be provided minus a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the total reservation cost. c. For cancellations made less than 14 days before the check-in date, no refund will be provided.
2. Early Departures: a. If you choose to leave before the scheduled check-out date, no refund will be provided for the remaining nights.
3. No-shows: a. If you fail to arrive and check-in on the scheduled date of your reservation without prior notification, no refund will be provided.
4. Extenuating Circumstances: a. In the event of extenuating circumstances, such as severe illness, natural disasters, or travel restrictions imposed by government authorities, we may consider exceptions to our return policy. You will need to provide valid documentation supporting your claim, and any refund or modification will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
5. Deposits: a. Some reservations may require a deposit. The deposit amount and any applicable terms and conditions will be clearly stated in the reservation details. A Reservation deposit to hold a reservation will typically be 1/2 upfront and remaining balance 30 days before check-in unless written otherwise. Security deposit will be refunded within a specified timeframe after the check-out date, provided there are no damages or violations of our rules during your stay.
6. Communication and Notifications: a. All cancellations, modifications, and refund requests must be communicated through the platform or by contacting our customer support directly. b. We recommend that you review your reservation details and communicate any changes or cancellations as soon as possible to ensure a smooth process.
