Beautiful remolded Two spacious bathrooms with full bathrooms. We have 3 smart tv’s. There is a half bath downstairs. Two parking spaces right at the front door. The beach is across the street. We have beach chairs and beach umbrella along with some beach toys. Walk to restaurants and gift shops.

Park at the front door, no steps. Also the beach is across the street. Walk to restaurants and gift shops. Pier Park is just 2 miles away!

Why Ellie Pratt chose West Panama City Beach
We just love the beach. We spent almost 5 years looking in the area. Now our dream came true .We spent almost a year remolding this townhouse. We love that it is across the street from the beach. You can walk to restaurants and gift shops. We are close to 30A. we are only 15 minutes from the airport. Peri Park is only 2 miles away.
What makes this Townhome unique
We fell in love with this home because it's so close to the beach! We love that the community is small. There is two parking spaces right at the front door. There is a nice private small back yard with a table and chairs. There are balconies off each bedroom. This is not a condo it's a townhouse.
