**In order to provide a safe environment prior to every guest arrival date, our house keepers have been re-trained to deep-clean the villas including all "touch areas". Hot-spots such as light switches, remote controls, door handles & even cloth closet hangers receive extra attention. Anti viral & bacteria approved products are used for pre-arrival and throughout your vacation.**
The best of both worlds in comfort, space and amenities. Our villas (Casa Stephens & Casa Contessa) are located directly across the street from one another on our very safe cul-de-sac street. Both villas are single level living spanning over 9,500 SQFT of indoor living space. Total indoor/outdoor space is over 18,000 SQFT!!

Casa Contessa has built-in stone stairs that lead down from the pool deck to the street. Guests are literally 30 steps away from each villa!! For large groups who need the space for everybody to enjoy, yet have the separation for "quiet-time", the combination of Casa Stephens & Casa Contessa is Your Luxury Destination Solution. Our Members-Only Ocean Front Beach Club provides a fantastic meeting venue where you and your group can enjoy pool side towel service, top-shelf bar service and made to order fresh fish, burgers, poultry, salads & fries. Kids menu is also available for those chicken-finger eaters.

No problem!! Nurture your body and soul with all-natural treatments that are unique to the local environment. Just a quick, 5 minute walk. Your reservation awaits you at the Esperanza Resort Auberge Spa! Want a massage in the villas? No problem! We have approved spa service companies that bring the spa experience to the villas.

They utilize only the finest ingredients, offering a spectacular and unusual presentation. The Lounge Bar overlooks the oceans edge, providing fantastic views of the Sea of Cortez. Nightly music, light bite menu as well as extensive tequila and cigar menu. Both villas provide custom toiletries, 700 thread count linens with all bedding protected with Anit-Microbial containment systems. No bed-bugs!!

Maid & Concierge services are included. Pre-arrival grocery shopping is provided at no additional cost allowing you and your guests to arrive with food and cold beverages. David & Dianne Stephens..We met while attending college and competing in Track & Field for Cal State Northridge. David competed in the Javelin Throw and High Jump and Dianne ran the 10,000 Meters. They both graduated in 1986 and in 1987 moved to Knoxville Tennessee where Dianne earned her Masters Degree in Exercise Physiology and David coached and trained UT High Jumpers and Javelin Throwers. Dianne is an ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) certified personal trainer...let us know if you want to take a small group to Cabo for a 'Top Shelf' fitness vacation. David continued his Track & Field career and competed for the New York Athletic Club internationally from 1987 through 1996 making several USA teams including 1988 and 1996 Olympic Teams. David, Dianne and their 5 children now reside in Northern Virginia where David is the Chief Sales Officer of BYOS, Inc. and Dianne runs their vacation rental business.

Duel masters suites are on opposite sides of the villa with no connected bedrooms. Both masters offer walk-in closets, hand-hammered copper tubs, Smart TV's w/USA Dish Network & AppleTV. All guest suites have individually dedicated A/C & bathrooms w/private custom showers. Casa Contessa is located on a quiet cul-de-sac street with no connected neighboring homes on the West, North, and South sides of the property. Contessa's close proximity to the Esperanza Resort and walk-to amenities including restaurants, our beach-club & gym, groomed walking trail, 1/2 court basketball hoop, tennis courts & new pickle ball courts.
