Butterfly Hill Villa is a well-priced 5 bedroom/5 bath villa in laidback Billy's Bay, Treasure Beach. Besides sun, sand, and sea, you can sit back and enjoy the blessed absence of no/cell/24-7/hurry-hurry life.
This villa sits back with a long driveway from a lazy country road; it is a quick 2-min walk to Billy's Bay Beach. There are great restaurants right in Billy's Bay that are only 5-10 min walk from the villa (77 West, Cook Shop), and Calabash Bay restaurants, local shops, and bars are just a 5-min drive or 20-30-min walk.

Simple, sparkling inside and out with tasteful decor, Butterfly Hill Villa has A/C and ceiling fan-cooled bedrooms open concept living room/kitchen leading to a covered veranda with vast views. The stunning infinity pool includes a bar area, plus a rooftop tikki hut and lounge area; this is the ultimate laid-back place to relax.
Butterfly Hill Villa's full-time staff, DORPHIA, BRIAN, and UAN, will accommodate your every need. DORPHIA prepares local cuisine and or continental food for your breakfast and dinner (you are welcome to cook lunch for yourself and/or dine out locally). DORPHIA will also do light housekeeping daily; with larger groups, DOREEN will assist. BRIAN is your go-to maintenance, pool, and caretaker. UAN is your PPV-insured driver.
UAN can be hired for airport transportations and touring by land to YS Falls, Bamboo Alley, Appleton Rum, Black River, Jamwest Motorsports & Adventure Park, Blue Hole Mineral Springs, Negril, etc.. Rentals of bikes and scooters are also available; staff can help organize.

Bedroom 5 - - Studio Apartment (access via spiral staircase)*: Queen-size bed, private bathroom, kitchenette, TV, screened windows, A/C, ceiling fan, and private balcony.
*If the apartment is rented by itself (not included with villa rental), it is Self-Catering; a chef is not included, although housekeeping, grounds/caretaker are. Staff gratuity is additional and paid directly by guests on island.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:-
A deposit in the amount of 50% of rental will secure your RE-confirmed reservation.
Balance is due at least 60 days prior to arrival, 75 days prior for Christmas or New Year's Weeks.
Christmas/New Year's Weeks: are available at a premium rate.

Stocking of Groceries/Pantry Supplies:-
Pre-stocking of villa with food and beverage items can be done for bookings of 3 nights or more. Clients refund chef by receipts and records.
PLEASE NOTE:- there is a surcharge of US$50 on all shopping bills for each shopping excursion to cover transportation to and from Black River or Junction.
