This new 2 BR Holiday Apartment Rental is located in Elviria Hills (El Soto), 10 km east of Marbella and just 12 minutes down to Nikki Beach, Marbella\'s finest sand beach (the same beach where the Marriott Marbella and Don Carlos luxury hotels are located). The El Soto complex -- and this apartment in particular - enjoy sweeping panoramic views of green hills, a protected grove of cork oak trees, mountains and the sea coast.

The Apartment was completed in July, 2007 and is furnished to a high standard. It is our own personal winter home. The El Soto complex contains 3 large pools and 2 children\'s pools for use by owners and guests. One of these is adjacent to our building. The Apartment is only 3 minutes from the renown Hoffsass tennis school, bar and restaurant. On site you can enjoy FREE USE of a 9-hole golf course, a clubhouse with restaurant, a tennis court, paddle ball court, sauna and gym room. There are two other restaurants in the immediate area.
