CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- There is a mandatory form included in 'Additional Documents' that is required to be filled out prior to arrival
- You will be given the key to the property when you check in at the front desk
- If you are checking in on the weekend, holidays, or after 4 PM Mon-Friday, you must get key from hotel lobby
- If you are checking in Monday -Friday, you can get the key from Jessica Vila's office, except holidays
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately
CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the studio by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Text the Guest Contact after checking out
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the studio is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Please report any damages that occur to both the Guest Contact and Evolve
INTERNET INSTRUCTIONS:
- Instructions for connecting to the wireless internet network can be found inside the unit upon arrival
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- There is a mandatory community application and a community fee that must be filled out and paid prior to arrival
- The community fee is either $150 for guests staying longer than 10 days or $350 for guests staying less than 10 days
- There is an additional parking fee of $10 per night for valet parking. If the fee is paid on-site at arrival, the fee is $20 per night; if you are staying for less than 10 days regardless of when you're paying, the fee is $20 per car/day
- All payments are made to Aventura Beach Associates
