The nearby Caloosahatchee River has lots of things to do like boating, fishing, sunning and bathing at public parks, with lots of restaurants along McGregor Blvd Also on McGregor Blvd near the City of Ft. Myers are the Ford and Edison Museums The Barbara Mann Theater is nearby for cultural entertainment.The San Carlos Blvd accesses the Beaches at the North end of the Island. Along the way you'll pass 2 miniature golf courses restaurants and the charter fishing center. Under the bridge and to the left before crossing are more restaurants. But crossing that bridge will give you the real feeling that you are on vacation. To the West on Summerlin Road 8 miles is the causeway for Sanibel & Captiva Islands. .

Welcome to Sail harbour Home Owners Association and this 3 bdrm architecturally designed Mediterranean style townhome. This gated community is located right next to the Golasimo Childrens Hospital in Southwest Florida at the Lee Health Park Campus & Hospital. The entrance requirements start with a qualified lease by the Association manager. THE LEASE MUST NOT BE FOR LESS THAN 2 WEEKS WITHIN ANY MONTH. NO SHORT TERM LEASES ARE ALLOWED BY THE HOA. They will require Identification for all adults18 years and older either by drivers licenses or passports. The lease requires a $150 fee plus $25. each additional adult traveler. For those who will be driving a personal vehicle you will need to provide manufacturer, model, year and color and vehicle license, state and number. Current vehicle insurance card should accompany the vehicle information Those leasing a vehicle will check in at the gate for the guard to take the vehicle information and insurance.
A white plastic pool card is provided in the right drawer next to the electric range with the garage door opener. Be sure to replace them into the same drawer before leaving for home. You will need the pool card to swipe the security beam at the pool gate to enter the pool area. The pool bathroom access codes are on the pool card.
