Conveniently situated just outside of Venice, this charming 3BR/1.5BA home provides a quiet tree-lined location while still being close to the beach and an array of LA’s must-see attractions -- including the Santa Monica Pier and Venice Beach Boardwalk. Santa Monica Airport is also less than a mile away for private pilots.
After a sun-soaked day of explorations, head home to unwind in the backyard oasis, complete with a new deck and mature trees.

This updated one-story home offers a fun vintage vibe with ample natural light and recently restored hardwood floors.
Spend time together in the open living area with plenty of seating and an office nook for planning the day’s fun-filled activities. Break out one of the provided board games for some good old-fashioned fun, or open the glass doors and step outside to relax on the patio.
