Description
This spacious three bedroom oceanfront condo with spectacular ocean views is situated in the condo development Natz-Ti Ha, next to Coco Beach, and is the ideal beach family getaway. The condo sleeps six adults comfortably with one king-size bed, one queen-size bed, and two single beds. It has everything you will need for the perfect vacation; a fully equipped kitchen, dining area with seating for eight, three full baths with shower, washer & dryer, central A/C, remote ceiling fans, Cable TV and Internet access.
The peaceful mature tropical garden with a waterfall, lounge area and a large (19 x 4 meter) swimming pool is a great place for relaxation. There is also a parking and security in this gated condo complex. Everything has been provided for your vacation pleasure including a mid-week cleaning. It\'s only a short walk (10 minute) away from the popular 5th Avenue with all the shops, restaurants and nightlife.

Check-in time: 3:00 PM. Check-out time: 11:00 AM. (Unless other arrangements are made. Additional fees might apply).
Deposits: We ask for a 50% of the rental price to reserve your rental unit, then the other 50% should be paid one month prior to your arrival. If you are arriving in less than 30 days at the time of booking, we require the full payment of the rental unit price.
Security deposit: You will be asked for a security deposit upon your arrival which may be handled in cash (USD or MXN) or signed traveler checks.
Cancellations and refunds: If cancelled 60 days prior to arrival, you will get a 100% refund (minus $50 USD handling fee). If cancelled 30 days prior to arrival, you get a 50% refund (minus $50 USD handling fee). No refunds will be given for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
Other: Smoking is not allowed inside any of the rental properties. Please take the time to read the complete rental agreement and contact us if you have additional questions.
Additional services: We are happy to assist you with other arrangements for a worry-free vacation, such as airport transfers, house keeping, tour information and booking, car rental, plus many more services.
