The beach front location with access to everything and all new furniture and amenities provides for the ultimate vacation rental experience. This large three bedrooms condo; sleeps eight (two king & two double beds), walk-in closets, three full bathrooms, a spacious living room area, interior dining area accommodating eight persons, with an addition table on the terrace accommodating four more.
A fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities and wall to ceiling windows throughout the condo. Phone calls to landlines in the US, Canada and some European countries are complimentary. You will enjoy your private Jacuzzi on the wrap-around balcony or in one of the two Jacuzzi\'s and infinity pools, all with spectacular view of the ocean. As a guest you have access to the fitness center, SPA, tennis courts, putting green, golf vacation rental, business center, children game area, & concierge services. 24-hour security, parking and it\'s only a short walk to many restaurants, shopping and nightlife.

Check-in time: 3:00 PM. Check-out time: 11:00 AM. (Unless other arrangements are made. Additional fees might apply).
Deposits: We ask for a 50% of the rental price to reserve your rental unit, then the other 50% should be paid one month prior to your arrival. If you are arriving in less than 30 days at the time of booking, we require the full payment of the rental unit price.
Security deposit: You will be asked for a security deposit upon your arrival which may be handled in cash (USD or MXN) or signed traveler checks.
Cancellations and refunds: If cancelled 60 days prior to arrival, you will get a 100% refund (minus $50 USD handling fee). If cancelled 30 days prior to arrival, you get a 50% refund (minus $50 USD handling fee). No refunds will be given for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
Other: Smoking is not allowed inside any of the rental properties. Please take the time to read the complete rental agreement and contact us if you have additional questions.
Additional services: We are happy to assist you with other arrangements for a worry-free vacation, such as airport transfers, house keeping, tour information and booking, car rental, plus many more services.
