Description
You will enjoy the spectacular ocean views from every room in this luxuriously decorated three bedroom condo, located on the 6th floor in the spectacular condo development Bay View Grand in the Cancun hotel zone. The condo was featured in the June/July 2008 edition of Casa & Estilo Internacional, a Miami based magazine. The interior decor, furniture, amenities, top quality bedding and linens were carefully selected making this condo the ultimate vacation experience. This condo has three large bedrooms, walk-in closets, four bathrooms, two living room areas, interior dining area accommodating six persons, with an addition table on the terrace accommodating six more.
A fully equipped kitchen and wall to ceiling windows throughout the condo. Phone calls to landlines in the US, Canada and some European countries are complimentary. You can enjoy your private Jacuzzi on the wrap-around balcony or one of the infinity pools as part of the condo complex. As a guest you also have access to the fitness center, SPA, tennis courts, putting green, golf course, business center, children game area, maid & concierge services. It's only a short walk to restaurants, shopping and nightlife.

Check-in time: 3:00 PM. Check-out time: 11:00 AM. (Unless other arrangements are made. Additional fees might apply).
Deposits: We ask for a 50% of the rental price to reserve your rental unit, then the other 50% should be paid one month prior to your arrival. If you are arriving in less than 30 days at the time of booking, we require the full payment of the rental unit price.
Security deposit: You will be asked for a security deposit upon your arrival which may be handled in cash (USD or MXN) or signed traveler checks.
Cancellations and refunds: If cancelled 60 days prior to arrival, you will get a 100% refund (minus $50 USD handling fee). If cancelled 30 days prior to arrival, you get a 50% refund (minus $50 USD handling fee). No refunds will be given for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
Other: Smoking is not allowed inside any of the rental properties. Please take the time to read the complete rental agreement and contact us if you have additional questions.
Additional services: We are happy to assist you with other arrangements for a worry-free vacation, such as airport transfers, house keeping, tour information and booking, car rental, plus many more services.
