Description
This two-story, three bedroom, private house is located in Pakal, a tranquil cul-de-sac part of the large gated community of Playacar. The house comfortably sleeps 8 persons. Both the master bedroom and second bedroom has a king size bed, while the third bedroom has two full size beds. All bedrooms have access to private bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary appliances such as refrigerator, stove with oven, utensils, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, toaster and drinkable water. The living room and dining room areas provide access to the private terrace, which, leads to the common pool area and tropical gardens. The house provides plenty of closet space and spacious bathrooms.
The master bedroom has a private terrace overlooking the garden and pool areas. Guests can enjoy nearby Reef Beach Club membership, which includes free usage of facilities and non-motorized services (for example; bath towels, beach chairs, pools, et). It's about a 15 minute walk to reach 5th Avenue with all the shops, restaurants, nightlife, etc., and a 25 minute walk to reach the beach (at the Reef Beach Club). It's the perfect location for visitors who prefer to have everything Playa del Carmen has to offer at a walking distance.

Deposits: We ask for a 50% of the rental price to reserve your rental unit, then the other 50% should be paid one month prior to your arrival. If you are arriving in less than 30 days at the time of booking, we require the full payment of the rental unit price.
Security deposit: You will be asked for a security deposit upon your arrival which may be handled in cash (USD or MXN) or signed traveler checks.
Cancellations and refunds: If cancelled 60 days prior to arrival, you will get a 100% refund (minus $50 USD handling fee). If cancelled 30 days prior to arrival, you get a 50% refund (minus $50 USD handling fee). No refunds will be given for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
Other: Smoking is not allowed inside any of the rental properties. Please take the time to read the complete rental agreement and contact us if you have additional questions.
