Description
This large two bedroom vacation rental condo is part of the condo development Mamitas Village, which is conveniently located only one block from the popular Mamitas Beach, and one and a half blocks from 5th Avenue with all the shops, restaurants and nightlife. This two bedroom condo is located on the second floor and is tastefully decorated in a classic style. The terrace is furnished and has a partial ocean view and is the perfect place for you to relax with family or friends overlooking the tropical garden. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary appliances such as refrigerator, stove with oven, utensils, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, toaster and drinkable water.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has two full size beds. The living room area has a double pullout sleeper sofa, which accommodates two adults, and is complete with a satellite flat screen TV and DVD player. The spacious dining room and living room areas easily accommodate a group of people. This is the perfect vacation rental for a group of friends or large family.

Deposits: We ask for a 50% of the rental price to reserve your rental unit, then the other
50% should be paid one month prior to your arrival. If you are arriving in less than 30 days
at the time of booking, we require the full payment of the rental unit price.
Security deposit: You will be asked for a security deposit upon your arrival which may be
handled in cash (USD or MXN) or signed traveler checks.
Cancellations and refunds: If cancelled 60 days prior to arrival, you will get a 100% refund
(minus $50 USD handling fee). If cancelled 30 days prior to arrival, you get a 50% refund
(minus $50 USD handling fee). No refunds will be given for cancellations within 30 days of
arrival.
Other: Smoking is not allowed inside any of the rental properties. Please take the time to
read the complete rental agreement and contact us if you have additional questions.
Additional services: We are happy to assist you with other arrangements for a worry-free
vacation, such as airport transfers, house keeping, tour information and booking, car
rental, plus many more services. All of these services can be booked prior to your arrival.
