This contemporary two-bedroom condo is located on the 2nd floor in the condo development Aqua Terra, situated only five blocks from the beach and three blocks from 5th Avenue with all the shops, restaurants and nightlife. The master bedroom has a king size bed and walk-in closet while the second bedroom has a queen size bed - each decorated with a romantic bed canopy and equipped with high quality linen. The living room area has a satellite flat screen TV and DVD/CD player and i-Pod connection. The condo is equipped with a cell phone providing guests with the ability to make local phone calls. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary appliances such as refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, coffeemaker, blender and toaster. The large balcony is furnished with comfy furniture and a wonderful space to entertain or just relax. Deposits: We ask for a 50% of the rental price to reserve your rental unit, then the other
50% should be paid one month prior to your arrival. If you are arriving in less than 30 days
at the time of booking, we require the full payment of the rental unit price.
Security deposit: You will be asked for a security deposit upon your arrival which may be
handled in cash (USD or MXN) or signed traveler checks.
Cancellations and refunds: If cancelled 60 days prior to arrival, you will get a 100% refund
(minus $50 USD handling fee). If cancelled 30 days prior to arrival, you get a 50% refund
(minus $50 USD handling fee). No refunds will be given for cancellations within 30 days of
arrival.
Other: Smoking is not allowed inside any of the rental properties. Please take the time to
read the complete rental agreement and contact us if you have additional questions.
Additional services: We are happy to assist you with other arrangements for a worry-free
vacation, such as airport transfers, house keeping, tour information and booking, car
rental, plus many more services. All of these services can be booked prior to your arrival.
