Riverwalk 325 is a lovely 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condominium located in the Terraces of Riverwalk Condominium Association in the heart of South Fort Myers, this unit is located on the 2nd floor with elevator and has tranquil views of the Community Lake and fountain from the screened in lanai. This condominium is 1121 sq. ft., it offers a king bed in the master bedroom with TV and an ensuite master bathroom with walk in shower and 2 walk in closets, the guest bedroom offers a queen bed and the guest bathroom across the hall with a shower tub combination. HOA does not allow for renters to have pets of any kind. Unit is NOT Pet Friendly

Community Amenities are: Community Pool, fitness, clubhouse, walking paths
Terraces of Riverwalk is in the heart of Fort Myers and offers a variety of things to do in the surrounding area: beautiful community/county parks which offer tennis, pickelball courts, walking paths, playgrounds and splash pads and our State Nature Parks. Also nearby is performing arts center/ live theater Live, sports college level and major league such as Spring Training Baseball for the Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins, minutes away from shopping and dining and 15-20 minute drive to area beaches and Islands.
NOTE: The Terraces at Riverwalk Condo Association requires a monthly min and a Lease Application to be submitted for rental approval, this lease application needs to be submitted back to Royal Shell Vacations 60 days prior to arrival when final payment has been made, all lease application and membership transfers fees are included in your reservation total upon booking $150.00.
Peak Season months December – March Online reservations accepted only from the first of the month to the last day of the month.
Off Season months you can rent any day of the week as long as it is 30 nights min May – November.
