The centerpiece of the new resort is Stone Harbor Condominiums, available for rent or purchase. America's Paradise Resort has always been known for seclusion and spectacular views, and these condos are no exception, with large private decks overlooking the lake. They also include fully equipped kitchens, cable television, whirlpool tubs and fireplaces. If you're like many visitors to the resort, you won't plan to stay inside all day.
Many come to fish in the lake, which is famous for crappie, bluegill, catfish and bass. Record numbers of largemouth and smallmouth bass have been caught in these waters. If you haven't got your own boat, America's Paradise has got you covered with a full fleet of rental fishing boats as well as pontoons for cruising.

- No guarantee of reservation until deposit is received.
- If you arrive late or leave early, you are responsible for the cost of all days of your reservation, unless the change to your reservation dates is made 46 days prior to your arrival.
- Deposits, less 20 percent administration fee, will be refunded only if reservation and cancellation is received 46 days prior to reservation arrival date.
- House keeping is your responsibility during your stay. Make sure all dishes are clean upon check-out. Keep all dishes with original units.
- All fish cleaning is to be done at the dock with fish waste to be returned to the lake. NO FISH CLEANING IN CABINS!
- Pet Policy: pets MUST be registered prior to arrival. Pets must be on a leash. There is a $10 per night ($25 minimum) charge per pet. Pet owners bring your own blankets and bed spreads. No pet waste on Resort Grounds. Please pick up.
Management reserves the right to refuse service or lodging to anyone. - This is a dry county. Beer and alcohol cannot be purchased locally, so bring your own.
- No fireworks or fire crackers are permitted.
- Firearms may not be discharged. Underage children should be supervised by parent or guardian at all items.
- Owner is not responsible for fire, theft, accident or injury to guest and / or visitors or to guest\\\'s and / or visitor\\\'s belongings.
- Guest are responsible for damage to resort property inflicted by themselves, their guest or pets.
- Guest understand the importance of smoke detectors and in no way have the authority to remove batteries or otherwise relocate or disable smoke detectors in anyway. Contact management immediately if smoke detector is not working properly.
