Description
An upper ground floor apartment in a private chalet in the center of the picturesque village of SaasFee. Beautiful views from the surrounding mountains. Quiet location but close to main cable car.
The space
Living room with large French windows leading to a large patio; seating for 4 people and two single sofa beds, smart TV. The bedroom has a double bed, bathroom with shower above bath, hall, kitchen with table & chairs.
Other things to note
Tourists taxes will be collected on arrival.
In winter: daily charge of 4.5 Chf for adults and 50% for children
In summer: daily charge of 7 Chf for adults and 50% for children
We do not have the saastalcard
in general we have no problem with dogs but please email us. there will be a small charge for animals at 5 chf per day
Saas-Fee recycle rubbish is specific area’s. One area is close to the car park and you can dispose of glass, plastics, tins, paper. Also special rubbish bags must be used which can be bought at the tills of every supermarket. We provide the first bag at a cost of 5Chf. Payable on arrival with the tourist taxes.
The general rubbish is collected on a tuesday and friday. You can leave the bags next to the chalet on the street. At other times it is possible to put the orange rubbish bags in a designated rubbish hut near the chalet.
There are spices in the kitchen. The coffee machine is a Tassimo and the pods are sold in the local Coop supermarket. There is also an Italian coffee maker.
There is soap in the bathroom.
An excess fee of 50 CHF is charged to make re-payments of any nature.

Additional rules
- No shoes in the apartment please
- some weeks we only accept bookings of 5 days and more
- We ask guests to respect the night rest of all in the chalet by being quiet between 22.00 and 7.00
- Tourist taxes have to be paid on arrival. Daily charge in winter: 4.5 chf for adults and 2.25 chf for children. Daily charge in summer: 7 chf for adults and 3.5 chf for children.

NO SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT PLEASE.
Smoking outside and smoking buds cleared at all times.
Kitchen must be clean of rubbish, washing up and oven must be cleaned. Otherwise an extra charge will be requested.
Main front door of chalet must be kept locked
If keys are lost then a cost of 75 chf per key will be charged.
