The apartment is modern/traditionally and comfortably furnished with a breathtaking and captivating 180 degrees view of the city, ocean and lush vegetation.This can be experienced from any area of the apartment It sits on the cool hill of Red of which is hardly needed the ceiling, standing fans and (air conditioner if necessary) of which it is equipped. The exterior of the building is on an ongoing renovation for modernization on a phase by phase non disruptive basis. There is a work station on wheels which can be positioned even on the long balcony with stretches right across the apartment. You are invited to come and enjoy that great fresh ,cool and scenic Jamaican experience

The apartment is on a small private complex comprising of 7 units. It is on the second floor and is fully self contained. The laundry area is being renovated but there is a laundry mat in close proximity. Owners check in can be expected until further notice
