Small 1 bedroom apt with Pool & Beach Access Included Nearby ,on request .Recreational lakeside area and tracking trail is Nearby. A
peaceful,safe , residential community is Garveymeade,Portmore. In close proximity of all major shopping areas,supermarkets, restaurants,movie theatres banks,cambios,business places . There are many beaches within minutes - the Fort Clarence,Hellsire,Waves Beach, the Three Sisters Cave .

The space
A small studio apartment (one room) with small kitchenette in same space. There is a small closet for hanging clothes and the room is sectionalized with a small dining set and small living room chairs. The apartment is to the backside of a townhouse with its own entrance.There is a separate room with a door adjacent which is the bathroom. To the front of the apartment there is a small sitting cool area with an awing and patio chair
To the back you have wash area.
There is a water tank specifically for the apartment when needed.
The shower only has hot water.
There is no shared space. N.B.when exiting property if electrical items are left on ,there will be a charge
