Especially our wonderful brand-new renovations including new flooring, stainless-steel GE appliances, quartz countertops, dining and pendant lighting, coastal-themed art and new furnishings including all new master suite bedroom furniture, plus a new AC system!
At North Shore you will want to select a 4th floor unit (like ours), to enjoy the incredible convenience of being mere steps from the awesome rooftop pool and hot tub.
North Shore Place is perfectly located in close proximity to the wonderful shops, restaurants, watering holes and beachfront tiki bars that abound in the Coligny Circle and Coligny Plaza area. In fact, it is the closest condo complex to Coligny Plaza, affectionately know as Hilton Head's unofficial downtown, and we even provide shopping carts for the nearby Piggly Wiggly grocery store. And a short walk away across a quiet street is Hilton Head's best beach and North Shore Place's 'sister property', Sea Crest. North Shore guests are invited to freely use one of the oceanfront pools at Sea Crest and enjoy the frozen libations that are whipped-up by local legend, Pool Bar Jim, as he hosts the popular Sea Crest poolside bar/grill. Talk about the best of both worlds... you have your own private rooftop pool at North Shore plus an oceanfront pool at Sea Crest.
Our unit is located on the best floor at North Shore... the 4th, which is the same level as the rooftop pool and hot tub. What a sight when the elevator doors open and you gaze upon the beautiful pool area with the magnificent ocean backdrop.
As you enter our spacious unit you will see the dining area with seating for six to your immediate left and the guest bedroom with two brand new full beds and full bath to your right. The large, fully-equipped kitchen is cleverly positioned in the center of the unit which creates a very open and roomy feel. Past the kitchen is the ample living room with seating for six (including a queen sleeper/sofa), and a large screen HDTV. Located off the living room is the generous master bedroom suite with king bed and wonderfully designed bathroom with separate, private vanity area.
And then there is the amazing balcony. This really is what makes our unit very special since it is private (we are an end unit), and large enough to provide our guests with the opportunity to sit outside and enjoy a meal or beverage at the outdoor dining table with seating for four, or take a break and relax on the included lounge chairs. The view from the balcony is awesome as you overlook Coligny Plaza through the treetops and have wonderful 'peek-a-boo' views of the ocean as well.
We provide four beach chairs, umbrella. tote wagon and beach towels for your trips to the beach.
You can definitely leave your car parked in North Shore's covered parking garage and walk or bike ride to all of the great Hilton Head action. Enjoy the perfect Hilton Head Island vacation at our North Shore Place condo!
Comfortable occupancy for our condo is six with two adults on king bed, one adult/child on each full bed and two adults/children on sleeping sofa. If you are a family with two adults and six children that wouldn't mind sharing a full bed this condo can accommodate up to eight.
Please note: from May 1 - September 30 we rent from Saturday - Saturday only with a one week minimum stay.
