Sterling Shores Condominium is located on 10 acres of land, with 200 feet of private beach on the Gulf of Mexico south of the building, in the heart of Destin, Florida. Beautiful Henderson Beach State Park is just east of our property, and contains one mile of public beach on 200 acres of coastal forest and sand dunes. King bed in our bedroom, queen sofa sleeper in our family room.

IN 2024 WE ARE INCLUDING DAILY BEACH SERVICE OF AN UMBRELLA AND 2 CHAIRS, a $250 weekly value. There are two pools, and one is gulf front and is heated seasonally. The other pool is fabulous for children, and our grandchildren just love it! There is a mushroom fountain and a zero entry feature that lets them be as deep in the water as they like--or just a few inches. Perfect for when they were younger! As with most things, LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION is the biggest benefit to Sterling Shores. It is close enough to restaurants to walk, and a few feet from the beach. Weekly Saturday to Saturday Rental. Occupancy up to 4 persons, including children and infants. Nonsmoking/no pets (Association Rules enforced).
There are no booking fees or management fees or resort fees. Your Total Cost is rent and $115 departure cleaning, plus the 13% Florida State and Okaloosa County taxes only.
Reservation deposit is by personal check, $1000, paid to Diane Fiore, and mailed to us at 386 Terrapin Trace, Destin, FL 32541. The remaining balance is paid to us after arrival by check or cash. We will email deposit receipt, and email arrival details ahead of your arrival in Destin. Your deposit is NONREFUNDABLE if reservation is cancelled within 90 days of arrival date. Please be sure that your plans are not going to possibly change before making your reservation.
