Please note: hotel’s mandatory cleaning service charge which is paid directly to the hotel upon checkout is not included, These charges are subject to change and should be discussed directly with the hotel.

There are 3 cleaning options charged by the hotel.
1.Everyday cleaning $75 per cleaning.
2. Every other day cleaning $75 per cleaning (for 3 nights plus)
3. Check out cleaning fee $175 ( one time fee-no service provided-recommended for longer stays of a week or longer) + tax (on house keeping)
Other things to note:
HOTEL POLICY: A credit card is required at check in for estimated incidental charges of $200 per day (per suite) in addition to any room and tax charges that may apply.
CHECK IN TIME: 4:00 PM – Depending on housekeeping turnover.
Late check ins will not be ground for disputes for credit or anything of nature.
CHECK OUT TIME: 11:00 AM –Able to accommodate late check out depending on availability, nothing guaranteed but it could be a possibility.
