* Includes three bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and one-half bath, there is plenty of space to comfortably accommodate 6 people, can sleep two additional persons on an inflatable queen size mattress if needed.
* Weather you are a large family, a group of friends, or couples traveling together on a vacation, staycation, or work, this property and location is ideal.
* The primary bedroom is on the second level and features two large rooms that takes up the entire floor. Bedroom has a queen size bed, an en-suite bath with separate large shower, jacuzzi, a two vanity sink, a private coffee station, and sitting nook, to enjoy a cup of coffee in the privacy of your room, and even a desk if you need to do some work.
* The third level features two good size bedrooms each with a queen size bed, a night stand, lamps, desk, and ample closet space to accommodate your belongings.
* These two rooms share the hall bath.
* Zenus mattresses are featured on all three beds, for your sleeping comfort.
* In an effort to accommodate our most sensitive guest, we have tried to create an allergen-Free environment. This means there are no feathers, downs, and over 90% of the home is covered by hardwood floors.
* The entrance/main level features an open space concept with the living room, dinning room, kitchen and half bath.
* The décor is contemporary with a hint of mid-century Victorian style. A flat screen T.V, a dining room table, a sofa, and other sitting areas, and yes even a desk. The colors on the walls represent the time period, full bodied but muted, comfort is the standard.
* The back of the home displays a wall of glass doors that leads to an equally appealing outdoor space with a large deck offering both a relaxing atmosphere and an opportunity to dine al fresco, and spend an evening of relaxation with a glass of wine.
* This is a once-in-a-lifetime chance to experience living in a beautifully conserved Victorian home in Logan Circle built circa 1902, and located in the Logan Circle Historic District.
* This Victorian Home is fully equipped to be your home-away-from-home.

1. Only registered guest are allowed on the property
2 Absolutely no smoking of anything inside the house. If any smoking occurs in the home an extra fee of $300 will be assessed to remediate the smoke smell.
3. Residential Street Parking Pass is available for those traveling by car, for additional fee of $10/day
4. The townhome was built in 1902, and adding to it's charm, you might experience so squeaky steps and floors.
5. The AC & Heat is controlled by a nest remotely. if you find yourself cold or hot just text the host, will be happy to adjust the temperature.
6. The Washer/Dryer is located in a closet on the Third floor.
It's available FREE of charge to guest staying more than 5 days upon request.
To operate the machines, simply place the detergent in the tray, close the door, and hit start.
PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE THE SETTINGS ON EITHER MACHINE.
