Description
Majestic views, restaurants, bike trails, and the beach are just a few of the things awaiting your arrival. It is close to everything, yet away from it all. Fantastic forest surroundings, plenty of room for everyone. So much to do at the cabin and close by. Bike, ski, boat, beach it, gamble, bands, clubs, something for everyone.. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, family reunions, ski trips, and furry friends (dogs).

We provide everything you need for a stress free vacation including your first night dinner and cold beer and wine awaiting your arrival. Your kitchen is fully stocked along with the bathrooms. Get ready to relax and enjoy.
Note: South Lake Tahoe only allows shared rental now. What this means is Erik or wendy will be on property, however we still respect your privacy, and will be here only when you need us.

We love to ski, hike, bike, paddle board, boat, and explore the great outdoors. Tahoe has it all. Come see why Lake Tahoe is a world-class vacation destination.
We bought this property several years ago because of its peaceful forest location. We really didn't realize what a find we had until we settled in. The Tall Tree Lodge is truly "close to everything but away from it all." We love to share our cabin with others and find our guests to be awesome. Our philosophy is that if you are kind to your guests and take great care of them, they will love and respect your home. We welcome you to make it your Home Away From Home as well.
Furry Friends Are Welcome
Ollie Ru and Soula all love to share the great outdoors with fellow furry friends. There is a slight charge for the use of their space and special items. The pet fee includes but is not limited to, the use of an extra large dog bed, crate, toys, and water bowls. They will even leave some treats and leashes for your use. They just ask that you pick up after your pup and leave the property poop free. Oh and they are not allowed on the furniture, so they ask that no others dogs be allowed there either.

We have enjoyed many years at the Tall Tree Lodge. We loved as little ones to climb on the rocks, walk to the beach, ski the hills, and so much more. As we have grown up here, we now enjoy the freedom to explore even more. Make sure you hit the beaches and Stateline-so much fun!
