With access to Atv trails, Hiking, Biking, snow mobiling, skiing, fly fishing, and many more activities conveniently located minutes away from the cabin there is no shortage of adventures to be made. This property boasts of ample parking for vehicles and large ATV trailers. Comfortably sleeping 14 guests everyone can enjoy their own space. The main level showcases floor to ceiling windows capturing breath taking views all while surrounding the fireplace that spans two stories. With vaulted ceilings and open floor concept guests are invited to intermingle around a meal prepared in the fully stocked kitchen, or out on the deck cozying up next to the fire table. Enjoy a well-rested night in the master king bedroom complete with its own access to the front porch and large dual sink vanity bathroom and walk-in closet. Head downstairs for a game of foosball or enjoy a throwback with the arcade table. The downstairs living room has its own wet bar and plenty of lounging space to kick back and watch your favorite shows streamed from the flatscreen tv. Both bunk rooms each with two twin XL bunks and one queen bed share an oversized full bathroom. The large 7-person hot tub is just outside the walk out patio to relieve built up stresses and indulge in some much-needed relaxation. Two more queen bedrooms and another full shared bathroom can be found upstairs along with a coffee bar and large lounge room for games, reading, or conversation. Access to the upper deck allows you to experience panoramic views of Terry Peak and the natural beauty of the Black Hills. Minutes away from historic Deadwood, world renown Sturgis, and beautiful Spearfish Canyon, 24 KARAT provides the perfect central location for your Black Hills Getaway. From the base of Terry Peak to the lodge, the main roads through the development are solid, packed asphalt. In the winter months, 4-wheel drive is recommended throughout the Terry Valley District; however the abundant wildlife that roams the property, including turkeys and deer, will make it well worth it! Parking for vehicles, ATV’s, and snowmobiles on the lawn is not allowed, please us the parking pad at the entrance of the property as well as the main parking area behind the cabin only.

We’re delighted you’ve found us and are eager to welcome you to our elite selection of vacation homes! We truly feel honored for the opportunity to host you and blessed to be able to connect with all sorts of wonderful people from around the world!
We are the McCreery-Storms family. We both grew up in the same town in Nebraska, where we became engaged and uprooted to the Black Hills of South Dakota in August of 2015. We were married at Sylvan Lake and began the adventure of a lifetime. In January of 2016 , we found out we were pregnant with identical twin boys, Oakley and Finnley. After 5 months gestation, our little angels passed away due to a very rare case of “TTTS.” We conceived again later that year in October and gave birth to a handsome, healthy baby boy, Lochley, in July of 2017. After Lochley was born, we were blessed with two beautiful baby girls, Marlowe in April of 2019, and Remereigh in September of 2020.
Living in South Dakota, we decided being business owners would ultimately be the best fit for our growing family. We quickly realized there was a great need for this rapidly growing vacation rental industry. Being family owned and operated, we have the luxury of providing personable, quality care -which is of utmost importance to us. Our focus is to provide our guests with the best experience possible and are very involved in every aspect of the process. From the initial booking to our final farewell, you’ll be well taken care of, guaranteed. Our lives have been extremely blessed from our kids, family, and marriage to our now thriving business.
