We have transformed this home into a comfortable modern retreat! WE USE THIS AS A VACATION HOME AND RENT IT OUT WHEN WE ARE NOT USING IT— We just ask that you read house manual for check in and check out information and agree to follow the few requests we have listed. We want everyone that comes to enjoy their time with friends and family! ????????????
Each room unique in it's own design. Plenty of things to keep you and your guest entertained; like the custom pool table, pool, large spa, and we've even provided games like Corn hole and Jenga to enjoy on the grassy lawn. You will never want to leave! If you choose to, you are only blocks away from all the action including Casino, shopping, restaurants, festivals & nature! Don't forget to take a short drive to view iconic celebrity homes such as Elvis Presley, Dean Martin, Liberace, Marilyn Monroe & more! Palm Springs is a vibrant community with endless entertainment!
Relax in your own private estate, with a spacious and completely private backyard with a sparkling pool and brand new over-sized custom spa. Enjoy an evening sunset with a gorgeous view of the San Jacinto Mountains, relaxing by the fire-pit, or grilling on the custom barbeque island.
HEATING THE POOL & SPA IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL RATES.

Pool heat is $80/day, spa heat is $40/day or both for a discounted rate depending on your length of stay.
Our guests are comfortably provided for with 4 bedrooms to choose from. Each one individually decorated with their own style, and equipped with flat screen Smart TV's with Netflix, Ruku, Hulu, Spectrum & Cable . Two rooms with Cal-king sized beds, and two with a queen beds. We have also added two twin roll away beds. You can easily accommodate up to 10 guests! With 4 bathrooms to choose from, everyone will have space to get ready for a great night out in the vibrant community of Palm Springs! Bathroom details: (1)Walk-in Shower/Toilet (1st Master), (2) Walk-in Shower/Toilet, (3) Shower & Tub Combo/Toilet (2nd Master), (4) Shower & Tub Combo/Toilet.
Other amenities we offer are a 2-car garage, plus additional parking in the driveway. (Up to 5 vehicles). Bicycles for our guests (Winter Months Only) to take a cruise around town. Wifi provided. The property is surrounded with privacy trees, security gates and cameras to add privacy and security to our valued guests.

PER CITY ORDINANCE, WE ARE REQUIRED TO CHECK IN GUESTS AND VERIFY OCCUPANCY AND PARKING ARRANGEMENTS. OUR ON SITE-MANAGER WILL MEET GUESTS AT THE HOME ON THE CHECK-IN DATE, AND ALSO INSPECT THE HOME ON THE CHECK-OUT DATE.
